Ok, thing goes this way.
My sister, after receiving her 3months mid yr bonus, wants to buy a new system. First reason is that her current destop is rather old, around 3-4 years liao. Secondly she wants more privacy. Reason being i always invade her room to play game and disturb her sweet talking wif her BF :)

If u ask me, the main problem here is the Original Win XP Pro and Office Pro. Juz Win Xp along cost $210 in the market and Office Pro cost even more. Its pretty tough at the first glance but for the reward for helping her getting the comp encourages me to take on the challenge.

The first 3 days i've been visiting www.hardwarezone.com to view the price of the system parts and try to clarify any doubts about getting a new comp and upgrading an old computer. to my dismay, i find 1.4k hardly enough from the website. No matter how i calcalate, 1.5 is the BARE minimal. All thx to the ORIGINAL software. Even when i know that NTU student can purchase OFFICE at a whopping 119 bucks. (which i ask Shawna to help out in this, but somehow the shop dun like me or wat, keep closing last wk)
On the 4th day, i went down to simlim with Chris and ask afew shops of the quotation of the system. Surprisingly, some shops manages to give me a price as low and 1.15k for the system(bare minimal requirement). Its rather encouraging actually as i know that my dream isnt far from here

On the Sixth day, i went down to simlim, with a goal in mind - TAKE A SYSTEM AND GO.
err no, im not stealing.

I visited a few shops again, giving them the requirements i want and tadaa~~ 1 Shop somehow gaves me the best price of them all. PROJECT D (does it come from initial D?! Perhaps?)

I simply do not have time. Its only until Friday, i have the time to start disassembling MY system. I remembered i started to do the job at around 8pm that night. I took out allt he parts and do a quick CPU casing clean up using Wetcloth and soap *DANGEROUS*. With the Mobo manual at hand, it took until 3am the next day, den i can start my system.... SUCCESSFULLY... SWEET!! THE CPU DIDNT GET KILLED BY MY CARELESS HANDLING!!

Buried under the work-that-never-ends i am painstakingly trying to look for some means to destress myself at my office. I nv realise that the "Rainy", "TJ HAN" and "FYG" can be SOOO entertaining until today when i decide to take a look at www.RIUVA.com (Looks like some music industry/company to me at the first glance).

Now who has a surge of "sense of justice" after reading this line? Not me at least. I didnt even notice the "sensitive" words until i Ctrl-F for it to find its existence. But somehow a potential sharpshooter manages to pick this out and give it a good headshot using glock @ 100m away. I shall appaud her for being so good and particular in details.

Serving as National Slave somehow made me feel wasted.
Wakeup @ 6am everyday, 630 move out to catch the bus 54 and change to 195 @ Rivervalley Road. ETA 735 @ DTTB. Dash into "Tera" room and lock the door, Blast into the aircon and nap in the AIR CONDITIONED A4 paper storage room(apparently paper needs cooling to stay "fresh") until 805am. I shall den DeeLi Dareee-Li (waste time) till 815 around the office, its approximately the time needed to have the mood to login to my system and take out my stack of outstanding works from my drawer.

Day Hell officially starts @ 830am

I call myself an underpaid, overworked slave in the Office. Ok, slave doesnt even get paid but i do(call it "allowance" in another word). So its not very "correct" to compare myself to a true slave tat doesnt even have the basic human rights. But u know, city ppl(like me) tend to exaggerate the situation to make himself looks more desperate in order to gain sympathy(im tat desperate?!). So... u should know the drift, im simply making my situation sounds terrible.

It will be boring to keep ranting about my life as a "national slave", so i shall move on to AFTER WORK.

Chris has been accompanying me to and fro to work since he's posted to AFRC(airforce recuitment center) temporary be4 his real HELL starts. Im really grateful about that. Keeping me company and preventing me from missing my stops( i love sleeping on the bus). But i know once his gone... sigh.... lets not talk about it (take note, im NOT a GAY. I juz cherish friendship alot)

At home, my first mission is to take my medication (not telling wat medication here) and have my dinner. Its really lucky to a mother that cooks dinner every night. Let juz say tonite, she made fried prawn noodle with special chilli sauce and lime. They are perfect!
